Deliveries and returns
We have adopted on-demand production in our workshop , thus reducing excess stock and helping to minimize our environmental impact.
Although this may result in slightly longer lead times than other fast-fashion companies, this approach ensures the uniqueness of our products, which is well worth it.
Allow 5 to 10 days for manufacturing time in our workshop then :
- 48 to 72 hours for France
- 3 to 8 days for Europe
- 5 to 10 days for the rest of the world
If the product, size or color does not suit you, you will have 30 days to return it to us.

How to return a product?
If the product, size or color does not suit you, you will have 30 days to return it to us.
You can go directly through our platform to make your return.

Simply send us an email with your name and order number and the changes you would like to make.
Do I have to pay customs fees if I order from outside the EU?
Please note that import taxes and customs fees may apply if you order from a country outside the EU. To avoid unexpected costs, please check your country's import regulations in advance.
I received a different, damaged or defective item, what should I do?
If this happens, please contact our customer service via the contact page.
We need your order number (#12345), a photo of the defective item, and a description of the problem.
If you received the wrong item, we also need a photo of the barcode on the product bag.
